You'll find out how to make your payments securely, whether you use a credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort, bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or cash for in-store collection (click & collect).

We accept credit card payments via the Stripe secure payment platform. During the payment process, you will be asked to provide your credit card details, such as card number, expiry date and security code. All sensitive information is encrypted and processed securely, guaranteeing the confidentiality of your data.

Zoodirect.com also accepts payment via PayPal, a widely recognized and secure online payment method. When you choose this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal interface to log in to your account and make the payment. PayPal offers an extra layer of security by protecting your financial information.

If you're in Belgium, we offer the Bancontact payment option. This is a popular online payment system that allows you to pay directly from your Belgian bank account. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the Bancontact interface to finalize the transaction in complete security.

If you prefer to make a bank transfer directly from your account, we accept payment by bank transfer. During the ordering process, you will receive the necessary instructions, including our bank account details, to make the transfer. Once the transfer has been received, we will process your order.

SEPA Direct Debit is a convenient payment option for our customers based in Europe. By providing your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code), we can debit the amount of your order directly from your bank account.

For click & collect orders, we offer the option of cash payment on collection in store. Please note that this option is only available for orders physically collected in our store, not for deliveries.
