Pay by bank transfer

At Zoodirect, we offer you the option of paying for your order by bank transfer. This is a convenient option for those who prefer to make payment directly from their bank account.

1. During the checkout process, select the bank transfer payment option.
2. You will then receive all the information you need to make your transfer, including our bank account number and the total amount of your order.
3. Make the transfer from your bank account using this information.
4. Don't forget to include your order number in the transfer message.
5. Once we have received your payment, we will process your order.

Please note that when you choose to pay by bank transfer, an additional processing time of 2 to 3 days is required. This corresponds to the time required for your transfer to be confirmed and for your payment to be recorded in our system. Once payment has been received, we will immediately prepare your order for shipment.
